Refund Policy

Of course we want you to love us, but we realize blind buying fragrances online can be a bit risky. Let's reduce that risk. 

1. We strongly encourage you to start with our build your own fragrance sampler, so you can get to know us. If you have questions about which fragrances you might want to try, message us first and we’ll try to answer asap!
2. If you don’t love your fragrance or sampler, please email us within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll send you a shipping label.
3. We accept returns that have 75% of the original product intact. For a discovery fragrance sampler, each individual sample must be returned with 75% product intact.
4. Full refunds will be processed, minus shipping fees, within 3 days of receipt.
5. Exchanges will be processed without any shipping fees within 3 days of receipt.
6. We reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy.
