A rum cocktail without smelling like alcohol. Dark and warm with tropical twist. Vanilla comes in with the coconut and a few transparent florals that add a touch of brightness. An island getaway in a bottle. Take me back!

The Dry Down is Worth It!

I’m not a sweet fragrance person most of the time and the discovery sets have been amazing to try the brand out. Holiday is a nice middle ground for me. The opening is a bit too sweet for maybe a half hour but the dry down was beautiful! It lasted all day and I loved getting the wafts of rummy vanilla and tonka throughout the day. Great for the hot SoCal summer and I’m going to enjoy my sample while I have it this season!

MDA has a way of bottling “warmth” better than almost anyone, and this is no exception. The toasted coconut and spiced Jamaican rum greet you with a delicious, heady embrace—rich but not cloying. That warmth melts into creamy vanilla and tonka, all anchored by a soft, smoldering woodiness that brings to mind pimento wood crackling gently by the beach. I wish I loved this.

I wanted to love this. But I don't. I wanted a scent that smelled like a vacation in a bottle, and this does. But I don't like how this smells on me. This lasts a long time and it's a good holiday in a bottle without smelling too coconutty, but it didn't work for me. But still, this is a great scent if this is your vibe
