This is our fervent love letter to the Killian masterpiece, Love Don’t Be Shy. While we don’t make dupes, it is impossible to deny that some iconic fragrances become a part of our DNA. LDBS is one of those that is a rich memory callback, something so unique when it was released it felt like a world opened up. As a self-taught perfumer, I studied that wispy, sweet lift for hours, days, weeks, months. I tested dozens of different rose absolutes and oils, and neroli extracts from Asia, Europe, North Africa. Every avenue for a soft leather note was explored.
In the end, Amora is a study and a love letter, but certainly it is its own pretty little thing, too. The rose that finally got us here is actually a marvel on its own, a somewhat new rose extract made from upcycled rose petals! Literal discards that have been brought back to life after the first distillation and provide a wholly unique, jammy, leathery goodness that is an absolute marvel of modern green tech. The neroli notes come from a special neroli grown and processed in Tunisia, the most remarkable of any we found.

It’s a shame the prices of the perfumes went up in less than a month. Wonder how much they will be next month.
It does smell a lot like LDBS, and I have a full bottle of Perdizione by Nobile 1942, which this fragrance also smells like. Regardless, it's gorgeous.and it lasts forever. I still smell it on clothes 12 hours later.
I was tiring of the cotton candy scents but this one is out of this world! Not a juvenile sticky sweet at all. Neroli is gorgeous and although I don’t care for leather it works with the rose nicely
I love how sweet and feminine this smells without smelling too juvenile. I typically prefer woodsy scents, but im so glad i tried a sample of this! I love it so much despite it being so different from my usual taste. My skin unfortunately eats this fragrance up so much faster than other MDA scents which is the only reason i gave it 4/5 stars.
Sprayed on the skin, it smells like the first few airy spindles of pink cotton candy being twisted on a white paper cone. It is a fairy-like float of a scent. It sits incredibly close to the skin on me, mainly only detectable on my right arm vs. my left, 30 minutes after application. But as I walk or turn my head at my office desk, I get prominent cloud-like whiffs of the sugary confection. If the neroli is present, I am not able to detect it. This is beautiful in a very gentle capacity, and it excites me to try the rest of the set.
