Closer is a unisex fragrance that might lean a little masculine, but this one is easy to love whether you're Chuck Norris or Holly Golightly or anywhere in between. Of the two fragrances we have that feature tobacco and vanilla, Closer is the more assertive and, we are told, sexier of the two. If Bohème is a gentle and warm embrace, Closer pulls you in by the belt hoops, holds your hips, hovers like a warm breath on the small of your neck.

This was the only one of of the sample pack that actually was true to the note description. It wasn't very strong, and very short longevity.

Kinda like an intimate conservation in a loud bar. It invites you to get closer to the person wearing it without it being cloying or overbearing. I originally got this in a discovery kit and knew I was going to get this in a full size version. It's delicious. Flirty without pretense. Right up there with Sirius as my favorite.
The only reason it’s not 5 stars for me is that it does not last as long on my skin as other fragrances. Wonderfully warm and has become my go-to for warm evenings. I think it will wear well in autumn and winter too!

The base brings a whole different vibe: rich, smoky tobacco, velvety musk, and supple leather that feels like sinking into a club chair in some sultry, elegant tropical lounge. Its fruity, smoky, and just the right amount of dark. Playful but never silly, seductive but never try-hard. MDA truly does leather and tobacco better than anyone, and Closer is a prime example—warm, sexy, and totally again, addictive.
