NOCTURN

A naughty, slightly dirty rose. One that is living their best life without their parent’s approval. Also, plums, pink pepper, incense.

Patchouli, ambrette, benzoin, a kiss of cloves

This is a pretty, dark little thing that makes use of some fabulous materials. Turkish rose is a bit darker than the prized Bulgarian and French varieties and it pairs beautifully with dark, aged patchouli. The incense notes aren’t here to overwhelm–they are a thin wisp formed by saffron, benzoin, and a touch of myrrh that bridges the spicy cloves to the pink pepper to dark floral heart.
